1. Equipment introduction


  Battery core online: the battery core is transported from the logistics line to the loading position, and the battery core is online to the rubber-coated wire body.


  Battery core coating: After the battery cell enters the encapsulating machine, it passes through the code scanning/weighing/thickness measurement/covering/folding/sticking the insulation meson, and then flows to the binning station after scanning the code again;


   Battery cell division: The battery cell after the film is scanned by the code scanning device to read the gear data, and the three-axis manipulator places the battery cell on the channel of each gear according to the read gear information.


   Cells offline: Cells are transferred on the conveyor line after being divided into stages, and the cells of the same stage are manually put into the blue turnover box, and transferred to the pallet for buffering manually.
